Joaquin Buckley has proved that he is not a one-hit wonder, adding another ridiculous knockout to his career highlight reel at UFC 255.

While his finish of Wright wasn't quite as eye-catching, the rest of the UFC middleweight division will certainly be wary of Buckley's power.

Fresh off his knockout of the year against Impa Kasanganay last month, Buckley was under vast pressure to deliver yet another exciting finish and he managed to do just that.

Wright was stopped in just 40 seconds on the Contender Series in 2018 by Anthony Hernandez, but the loss was eventually overturned.

Buckley and Wright started off fast, both firing off shots early.

Heaped with pressure following his stunning, jumping, spinning back-kick KO of Kasanganay in October, middleweight powerhouse, Buckley continued to streak with a massive second-round stoppage of the risky Wright.

With referee Herb Dean watching on closely, the bell rang to end the round, though Wright probably needed more than a minute to regain his wits after some big shots.

"When I hurt him, the referee can't save him and y'all know who I'm talking about".

Joaquin Buckley cements his spot as a designated Knockout artist, defeats Jordan Wright at UFC 255. The knockout of Wright likely won't go viral like his last KO, but it is another win over a highly-rated prospect.
