Guns N' Roses at the London Stadium- June 2017

The original Guns N' Roses members reunited in 2016 for a 3-year worldwide jaunt billed as the "Not in This Lifetime" tour, a reference to vows they'd once made never to play together again.

Kicking off Saturday, 6th November at Metricon Stadium on the Gold Coast, the tour will then continue around the country making stops in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

With the bands six-city stadium shows across Australia bookending two New Zealand mammoth stadium events, Guns N' Roses will take in Wellington's Sky Stadium on Friday 19 November before performing their first ever South Island concert at Dunedin's Forsyth Barr Stadium on Sunday 21 November.

Tickets go on sale from Thursday 26 November.

The tour graphic shared to social media features the five classic "Appetite for Destruction" skull figures arranged over a cross, though Kerrang! assumes the tour will feature the same lineup - including Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan - that performed during the Not In This Lifetime... tour rather than the full classic lineup. Recorded simultaneously and released in 1991, Use Your Illusion I (4x Platinum) and Use Your Illusion II (5x Platinum) debuted at #2 and #1 respectively on both the ARIA Albums and Billboard Top 200 charts. The band's 2004 9x Platinum Greatest Hits compilation also topped the ARIA Albums Chart, remaining in the Top 100 chart for a colossal 452 weeks. It'll mark the band's first Australian dates since the 2017 leg of their Not in This Lifetime... world tour. More than 75,000 fans rocked-out at the MCG during GNR's blistering 2.5-hour set, with Triple M reporting, "The band was on fire, pumping on all cylinders".

Guns N' Roses will come to New Zealand after a multi-city tour of Australia, where they will quarantine upon arrival.
