Cyberpunk Ninja Game Ghostrunner Gets October Release Date

Cyberpunk First-Person Game 'Ghostrunner' Wallruns to Xbox One in Late October

The ninja action game Ghostrunner is getting another demo before its October 27 release

Ghostrunner is a collaborative development effort between One More Level, Slipgate Ironworks, and legendary studio 3D Realms.

First-person cyberpunk slasher and parkour game Ghostrunner will release on October 27 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, per a new trailer.

First-person parkour platformer Ghostrunner release date has been announced.

Ghostrunner will cost $29.99 across all platforms, including PC storefronts Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. To apply, interested players can join the Ghostrunner Discord server and submit an application. Armed with a katana, Ghostrunner sees you able to launch deadly assaults upon your foes, reach daring heights using acrobatic parkour skills, and more. Successful applicants will be provided with exclusive access to Ghostrunner. PlayStation Plus subscribers and PC players can get a 20 percent discount with their pre-orders, while Xbox One customers can get a 10 percent discount.

Despite being an indie creation, Ghostrunner's developers and publishers are promising triple-A level visuals thanks to RTX ray tracing support. The companies also announced an updated free demo of Ghostrunner will arrive on Steam for PC Tuesday, Sept. 29. The game will also sport a synthwave soundtrack by musician Daniel Deluxe. The launch price - $29.99, with discounts available if you pre-order - reflects that status.
