Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 to Launch on July 22, Tipster Hints

The first press renders of Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Watch 3 surfaced online last week, giving us a clear look at it from almost all sides.

Though Samsung has not announced the Galaxy Watch 3 yet, we've seen plenty of leaks in recent weeks that suggest it's coming any day now.

Most of Weinbach's Galaxy Watch 3 intel offers a look at UI and software upgrades.

As per Weinbach, Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 will come with several new watch faces, which will also be more customizable than before. Additionally, July 22 may just be the date Samsung unveils of the Galaxy Watch 3 and may not necessarily correlate with from when the smartwatches will be orderable. The watch will come with the Spotify app built-in and offer around 5.3GB of free space to users.

The Spotify app comes preinstalled in the United States as well.

Taking a play from last year's watchOS 6 update, Samsung is bringing cycle tracking to the Galaxy Watch.

Women's menstruation tracking has also been added along with event tracking in the calendar. Spotify will come pre-installed in the United States while the ECG monitor will be made available only in South Korea for now as Samsung has received a license for its ECG monitor only in its home country. Each model will sport a Gorilla Glass DX display, 5ATM rating water resistance, military standard durability and on-board Global Positioning System.

"The 45mm Galaxy Watch 3 is expected to sport a 1.4" display and house a decent 340mAh battery size, but the 41mm model will have a 1.2" screen and have a smaller, 247mAh battery pack. Well, given the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 specs depicted here, its price would be $349-$399, depending on the size, as the Galaxy Watch Bluetooth 42mm version was $329.99, while the 46mm version started at $349.99.
