Though Samsung has not announced the Galaxy Watch 3 yet, we've seen plenty of leaks in recent weeks that suggest it's coming any day now.

Spotify will come pre-installed in the United States while the ECG monitor will be made available only in South Korea for now as Samsung has received a license for its ECG monitor only in its home country. Each model will sport a Gorilla Glass DX display, 5ATM rating water resistance, military standard durability and on-board Global Positioning System.
"The 45mm Galaxy Watch 3 is expected to sport a 1.4" display and house a decent 340mAh battery size, but the 41mm model will have a 1.2" screen and have a smaller, 247mAh battery pack.
