The Palestinian Authority announced the suspension of all ties with the U.S. and Israel this February after rejecting Donald Trump's peace plan, that recognised Israeli settlements in the West Bank and hence undermined the idea of a contiguous Palestinian state.
"Certainly in my lifetime, I never saw anything like it and I'm at the age of the State of Israel more or less, so it's an extraordinary thing".
"In light of the president's instructions about ceasing security coordination, the Israeli side was notified" of the partial withdrawal.
She said: "The UAE has not coordinated with us regarding the medical aid, and we reject to receive it without coordination".
The latest: Palestinian newspaper "Al-Ayyam" reports that UN Secretary General António Guterres called Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday evening to discuss the possibility of a ministerial-level meeting, to be held under UN auspices.

Under the coalition agreement from July the government can discuss annexing parts of the West Bank.
The official said Washington had been informed of the decision after Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said on Tuesday his administration was no longer committed to agreements with Israel and the United States, including on security coordination.
Speaking after a meeting of the Palestinian leadership in Ramallah, the 85-year-old leader said Israeli annexation of any parts of the occupied West Bank would ruin chances for a two-state solution.
Israeli officials had no immediate comment and it was not clear how widespread the Palestinian forces' drawback was.
Palestinians seek statehood in the West Bank and Gaza, with East Jerusalem as their capital.
Palestinian rejection of the aid came on the same day leaders announced a complete cutoff of long-running security cooperation with Israel, a move that threatens to throw the Palestinian-controlled territories into further chaos and thwart Israel's counterterrorism operations.
Jordan threatened on Thursday to review its relationship with Israel if the plans to annex parts of the West Bank went ahead.
"Etihad Airways operated a dedicated humanitarian cargo flight from Abu Dhabi to Tel Aviv on 19 May to provide medical supplies to the Palestinians", the airline told The Associated Press news agency on Tuesday.
Razzaz accused Israel of taking advantage of the world being "distracted" by the coronavirus crisis to implement "unilateral moves on the ground".
Other countries have also condemned the annexation plans, including much of the European Union, which has warned it could affect Israel's ties with the bloc.
