In 2019, Martin had numerous scholarship offers and was leaning towards going to Vanderbilt, but instead chose to spend a year playing and training with the IMG Academy in Florida. He played 15 seasons in the league with 5 NBA teams reaching the NBA Finals two times with the New Jersey Nets.
The younger Martin averaged 20 points and eight rebounds for IMG this past season.
