Meek Mill Movie "Charm City Kings" Directed By Will And Jada Smith

The rapper stars in the upcoming film Charm City Kings that debuts April 10th. Meek Mill plays Blax, the leader of the dirt bike group The Midnight Clique. Starring the likes of Jahi Di'Allo Winston, Will Catlett, Marvin Raheem, and Hip Hop star Meek Mill. Mouse longs to leave his mark on the city as a dirt bike rider but soon finds himself caught up in a violent fast life in the Angel Manuel Soto-directed drama.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Charm City Kings was inspired by Lotfy Nathan's 2013 documentary of the same name.

From a screenplay by Sherman Payne with a story by Chris Boyd & Kirk Sullivan and Academy Award® victor Barry Jenkins (Moonlight), CHARM CITY KINGS is inspired by the 2013 feature film documentary by Lotfy Nathan. The first official trailer has been released today - watch it below. You can check out the trailer for 12 O'Clock Boys below and you can check out Charm City Kings when it hits theaters in April 2020. It is produced by Caleeb Pinkett, Clarence Hammond, and Marc Bienstock and executive produced by Jada Pinkett Smith, Will Smith, and James Lassiter of Overbrook Entertainment. It will then screen in L.A. and NY theaters beginning April 10.
