Queen and Adam Lambert, Alice Cooper, k.d lang, John Farnham, Olivia Newton-John and a host of other artists have signed on to play the national bushfire relief concert in February.

Writer, actor and comedian Celeste Barber, who launched an online fundraiser for the Rural Fire Service which has raised $50 million, will host the nine hour concert.

"FIRE FIGHT AUSTRALIA (#FireFightAustralia) will see ANZ Stadium play host to worldwide and local music icons as they unite to share one stage for Australia during its time of need".

Taking to the stage are a number of recent Australian Eurovision alumni, namely Guy Sebastian and Jessica Mauboy.

This is one of many fundraiser gigs happening across the country, with concert promoter Michael Gudinski announcing on ABC news live last week the massive bushfire relief concert from 2009, Sound Relief, is making a comeback this year with Elton John at this top of his wish list to perform.

Headlining the event, rock legends Queen and Adam Lambert will take a quick break from their Australian "The Rhapsody Tour" to appear at the benefit with a special set.

Tickets for the event, which starts at 1pm, go on sale from midday on Monday through Ticketek at $100, $85 and $70 with an option to make further contributions to bushfire relief.

Tickets for the concert are available here.
