DICE also revealed a new version of the game dubbed "Star Wars Battlefront II: Celebration Edition". The game also includes all past free game updates, and will continue to be updated moving forward.
There will be four new sequel era reinforcements to deploy as, with the strikingly red armoured Infiltrator class Sith trooper and the Jet Trooper for the First Order, and a new Gunner and Spy unit for the Resistance. Finally, there will be new skins for Finn, Rey and Kylo Ren, based on their appearances in the new film. The listing goes on to suggest that the release will feature over 30 Hero appearances, as well as hundreds of Trooper appearances, emotes, voice lines and victory poses, alongside all previous DLC content that has dropped in the two years since Battlefront II's release.
Star Wars Battlefront II: Celebration Edition arrives digitally on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC tomorrow on 5th December 2019. Joining the cast are Naomi Ackie (Doctor Who), Richard E. Grant (Logan), Dominic Monaghan (Lord of the Rings), and Keri Russell (The Americans), who will also be joined by veteran Star Wars actors Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels and Billy Dee Williams, who will reprise his role as Lando Calrissian.
