On Monday night, he won a WWE championship belt.
NASCAR Cup Series Champion Kyle Busch revved wrestling fans' engines by winning the WWE 24/7 Title after he hugged the champ R-Truth last night on RAW. With help from two-time Daytona 500 victor and NASCAR personality Michael Waltrip, Busch snuck behind R-Truth, who was the previous 24/7 champion.
Following Andrade's victory over Eric Young, Truth hastily made his way down the ramp and hid behind the barrier next to Busch's seat. Busch and Waltrip were called up by R-Truth from the crowd, and Waltrip revealed a referee shirt he was donning to the 24/7 champion under his sweatshirt.
At that crucial juncture, with help from two-time Daytona 500 victor and NASCAR personality Michael Waltrip, Busch snuck behind R-Truth. As he messed around, R-Truth seized his opportunity - sneaking behind Busch and rolling him up for the decisive pin.
Busch obviously enjoyed his moment and celebrated with his championship belt and the NASCAR trophy.
NASCAR and WWE seems like a perfectly natural crossover, and Busch even has a "battle scar" to go with his title.
