Invector was released on PlayStation 4 back in December 2017 before the untimely death of the superstar DJ producer, and now the game is now going multi-platform at coming to Switch, PC, and Xbox One.
The game has been described as "a fast-paced rhythm experience which fuses Avicii's trademark brand of uplifting EDM music coupled with serene visualscapes".
In 2019, there are still so many new tributes to the EDM legend, Avicii.
Wired Productions have announced that AVICII Invector, a game developed in collaboration with Hello There Games and the late Swedish musician Tim Bergling a.k.a AVICII, will be re-launching on PS4 this Winter, along with a release on PC, Xbox One and the Nintendo Switch.
Play with Friends: Solo play or with friends in split screen action. Sitting in the seat of a pilot named Stella, players will get a glimpse of gorgeous landscapes while they take on three different levels of difficulty, six distinct worlds, some awesome music, and a deeply immersive story during their trip. "He was an incredible talent, and as an advocate for mental health, I hope and believe this project will bring Tim Bergling's wonderful spirit to a world that can benefit from it".
More details are set to be shared ahead of release, but we do know that the game will be released both digitally and physically across all platforms. The game is rated "T" for Teen by the ESRB. Also, an unspecified amount of the game's profits will be donated to Avicii's namesake Tim Bergling Foundation. It will support science-based organizations that engage in research into the causes and prevention of suicide, particularly for young people.
