E! News confirmed today that ICE officials released Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudicefrom a detainment center in Pennsylvania so he could travel to his native Italy to await the outcome of an ongoing legal saga regarding his status in the U.S. The Giudice family attorney told E!
Joe Giudice is off to Italy after being released from ICE but his wife, Teresa is yet to decide where their marriage is going considering the chances of him returning to the United States are pretty slim.
When it comes to their marital relationship, the insider mentioned that Teresa just doesn't want to make a permanent decision until she knows for sure the result of the deportation appeal.
Daughter Gia, 18, shared the image with fans via Instagram, writing, "One of the happiest moments of my life!". Love you so much daddy, so happy your free! "Facetime you soon daddy❤️", Gia wrote, alongside a childhood photo of her hugging Joe. Joe, who looks to have lost a lot of weight, can be seen in what looks like a vehicle with a seat-belt on. It's likely he was talking to his daughter following his arrival to Italy.
On October 11, Teresa also reacted to Joe's departure by posting the Statue of Liberty crying with her hands over her face. Meanwhile, Milania uploaded a throwback family photo of her, Joe and Gia, which also included her other sisters Gabriella, 15, and Audriana, 10, and their mom Teresa, 47.
The time has finally come - Gia Giudice, 18, and her little sister Milania, 14, had to say goodbye to their dad Joe, 47, as he sadly left for Rome, Italy on October 11.
'She will definitely allow the daughters to visit Joe in Italy, but she is not sure if that's a trip she will be joining them anytime soon.
