The two-minute twenty-one-second trailer is enriched with how a new King's Man is prepared to battle his enemies.
Even though they came together not as a noble group of heroes, but a gaggle of thieves and toughs, the first recruits get their new objective from Fiennes in distilled form: "While governments wait for orders, our people take action", he says, later narrating a hook that perfectly describes what sets the good guys apart in a power-mad world that's coming apart at the seams: "Our enemies think we are gentle men". But, reputation is what people think of you.
Based on the comic book "The Secret Service" by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, The King's Man features Ralph Fiennes mentoring Harris Dickinson as he gets inducted into the very first independent intelligence agency.
Rounding out the elite Kingsman group are Polly (Gemma Arterton) and Shola (Djimon Hounsou), who we see training Conrad in some casual shirtless knife-fighting. The first two films starred Colin Firth as Harry Hart and Taron Egerton as Gary "Eggsy" Unwin, a small time criminal who is recruited by the exclusive spy agency. Judging by the brand new trailer of the Matthew Vaughn directorial, we can expect nothing less than an action-packed adventure, that is filled with more mayhem but in a gentlemanly fashion!
