Mallett played one season at MI before transferring to Arkansas.

Mallett was a star at University of Arkansas after transferring from MI he was a 3rd-round draft pick to the New England Patriots in the 2011 NFL Draft. and also played for the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans.

According to a report by 40/29 News, the former Arkansas quarterback was arrested on suspicion of DWI in Springdale Arkansas Tuesday night.

Cops tested his blood alcohol level. and he blew a.08, jail officials tell us.

Mallett was taken into custody just before 7:00 p.m.

Mallett spent two seasons at Arkansas after transferring from MI following one season there, then was a third round selection by the New England Patriots in the 2011 NFL Draft. Mallett recently accepted an XFL Commissioner Invite to be part of the XFL draft in mid-October. Mallett competed in the XFL's Summer Showcase in Tampa Bay earlier this year as well.
