A$AP Rocky plays first show since release from Swedish jail

A$AP Rocky performs for first time since release from Swedish prison

A$AP Rocky has been at the center of controversy over the last month or so, but he finally got back to what he's known for best - the music. Rocky was arrest in July in Sweden and charged with assault, to which he pleaded not guilty.

A$AP Rocky made a welcome return to the Real Street Festival on Sunday night following his highly-publicized trial in Sweden.

"I'm so happy to be here right now y'all can't even understand it", Rocky (né born Rakim Mayers) told the crowd at the start of his roughly one-hour set. That was a scary and humbling experience, but I am here right now. When I was away-hold the mosh please, this a sentimental moment!-what I experienced was insane.... People who wouldn't even f**k with me felt sympathy and sympathetic for my situation. "I don't got (sic) nothing against Swedish people because it was Swedish people rioting - they were protesting outside the jails". "I can't thank God enough, man, that was insane". "We a big, strong community, man".

His performance included appearances from Tyler, the Creator, A$AP Ferg and YG with Tyler performing songs like "Who Dat Boy", "Earfquake". "I'ma need y'all to keep praying for me", he said. A judge will announce a verdict in the case on Wednesday. "Hopefully with God's will, I'm not guilty and s**t". Hopefully we ain't gotta go back to jail or nothing like that, nothing insane.
