Officers in Ontario, Canada pulled over a 22-year-old driver after a 2-year-old was found riding on a case of beer.
The father was charged with failing to ensure his child was properly seat-belted.
Luckily, the 2-year-old was unharmed in the incident, but CTV News reports that Family & Children's Services was notified and an appropriate auto seat was brought to the site.
A legal auto seat from Family & Children's Services was reportedly brought to the scene of the stop.
The case of beer was being used in place of a booster seat.
In Canada, children under 40 pounds need auto seats and kids under 8 years old have to ride in booster seats.
