Jenelle Evans Calls Police 'Crooked AF' And Says They're Lying About Her

No Charges for Jenelle Evans' Husband David Eason in Dog Killing

Husband of former 'Teen Mom 2' star will not face animal cruelty charges, sheriff's office says

"Jenelle advised that she did not want the Columbus County Sheriff's Office or the District Attorney's Office to continue with the investigation".

Eason advised that on April 29th, at approximately 6:30 pm, her dog bit her daughter, leaving a scratch on her face.

Janelle Evan and David Eason pose at the Cosmopolitan New York Fashion Week #EyeCandy event After Party at Planet Hollywood Times Square on February 8, 2019 in New York City. Jenelle advised that "she don't know where the dog is". During this conversation, Jenelle stated that she did hear a gunshot but did not witness the incident.

The sheriff's office said the investigation would be closed, with no charges filed against Eason.

Two weeks later, on May 13, a search warrant was executed on Eason's home, and authorities said they found no weapons, blood evidence, or anything else that could confirm a dog had been shot and killed on the property.

'I really feel that Jenelle has chose bad relationships - like, she shouldn't stand with a man who shoots the dog for no reason, ' she said, referring to Eason.

As popculture.com writes, the Columbus County Sheriff's Office now says David Eason, Jenelle's husband, won't be charged with animal cruelty in the death of their dog, Nugget, because there was no physical evidence to support that claim. "I'm all about protecting my family, it is my life's mission". "My family means that much to me", the reality star can be heard saying in the post.

As of the moment, Jenelle has yet to provide an answer to fans who are wondering what happened to her dog, since she's now claiming David didn't kill it.

She added, "He completed Anger Management Classes, we did Co-Parenting Classes together, and he stopped posting to social media for a while now".

"Yes, what you heard is true about my dog. The only person that can judge wether or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME". She also advised that "I don't know if she was shot or killed or not". "If you are doing it for publicity then I understand and will close the case and you can go about your business".

Farrah, who's also been seen on shows such Ex on the Beach, Celebrity Big Brother and Couples Therapy, noted that 'still being on Teen Mom hasn't made [Amber] tougher and learn her lesson'. "She's very upset and is taking time to figure out what she wants to do".

A rep for the reality star did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.
