This isn't the first time conflict has hit a boiling point between Jenelle and her mother amid her custody battle. She also released a statement.
Even if they do successfully argue that Colin shouldn't be around Ensley, it doesn't mean she would go back to David and Jenelle's home.
Back in May, a North Carolina judge ruled that Jenelle and David would no longer have custody of the children in May after David shot the family's French bulldog for allegedly biting Ensley.
According to multiple sources, Child Protective Services took custody of Kaiser after he told school counselors about Nugget's death. Little Ensley ended up with Jace who lives with Barbs, Jenelle's mom.
A source also maintains that the 9-year-old was not ordered by the court to return to Jenelle's home, but will continue with supervised visits.
Join these Teen Mom discussions on our forum! "We told Jace to get the door open, and when he couldn't get the door open, we called 911 for help because all we could hear was Ensley screaming". Plus she mentioned that she "hates twitter". Many "Teen Mom 2" fans complain the judge "failed the system".
"Here's why we called 911 on my Mom #LinkInBio#ChildAbuse #SaveEnsley", she wrote on Instagram.
Haters and critics might try and ruin Jenelle's moment but at the end of the day, the judge made a legal decision. And, Jenelle is not happy about the arrangement.
"She is focusing on getting her kids back and trying to show the court she is a responsible parent", the rep said, adding that she and David are taking parenting classes as well as attending counseling sessions three times a week. Since then the duo has been making efforts to get their kids' custody back. David and Jenelle don't think Colin should be around the kids because they say he is mentally unstable and a threat to their kids.
MTV cut ties with Evans after the incident, saying, "We have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season".
