OnePlus 7 Pro is going on sale today on Amazon India at 12 noon, which is the first sale for this new phone, however, it is limited to Amazon Prime members. Instead of choosing to wait till tomorrow, you could try and avail the OnePlus Early Birds Sale - a flash sale that will also kick off simultaneously on the official OnePlus India website. The video shows off a huge cement cube weighing in at over 22kgs being pulled up hanging around the OnePlus 7 Pro's selfie module, and then being held up by the phone for quite some time.
As mentioned above, the OnePlus 7 Pro's first sale in India starts at 12pm IST today via Amazon for Amazon Prime subscribers. You only get to choose the Mirror Grey colour if you choose to get the entry-level model.
Well, not on the OnePlus 7 Pro at least.
OnePlus 7 Pro has a price starting at Rs 48,999 for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant, Rs 52,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant and Rs 57,999 for the highest variant which has 12GB RAM/256GB storage variant.
For today's sale though, OnePlus notes that only the Mirror Grey variant of the phone will be an available sale on Amazon.
In a move unheard of in the industry, OnePlus rolled out the OnePlus 7, a successor to its popular OnePlus 6, at Rs 32,999 - 6% lower than the launch price of its previous variant and equal to the offer price at which OnePlus 6T is now selling. This includes discounts worth Rs 2,000 or 20 percent on purchases being made through Zoomcar and Rs 1,550 off on flight tickets and hotel bookings. Tarun Pathak, associate director, Counterpoint Research, considers OnePlus 7's pricing a smart move to drive volumes in the Indian market amid increasing competition.
