Let's all hope she gets better soon. She returned the the ER this morning after "the pain got so far ahead of me I couldn't keep anything down, including meds". At first, I felt like I had failed, like I couldn't handle it. but what I really failed at was listening to my own body.

She added that it was a lesson she'll have to "keep reminding myself of". Kelly Stafford has posted multiple times on social media saying she has been overwhelmed by the support since she made her acoustic neuroma diagnosis public. The growth was discovered when she underwent an MRI that was ordered because of dizziness and vertigo.

At the beginning of April when Kelly announced she had a brain tumor that would require surgery, no one expected Matthew to participate in any football-related activities for the foreseeable future as he and his family prepared for surgery.
