Former "That's So Raven" star Kyle Massey is being sued for allegedly sending explicit photo, texts, and videos to a 13-year-old girl, court documents filed Friday show. Both the young teen and her mother's names are withheld in court paperwork for the child's protection, but the documents state that Massey is specifically being sued for "sending explicit matter to a minor, attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor, annoying or molesting a minor and emotional distress".
The lawsuit said, according to the magazine, how Kyle and the 13-year-old met: She claimed she met Kyle nine years ago at Universal City in California while with her mother.
People went on to report that according to the lawsuit, a month after resuming communication, Kyle reportedly added the teen on picture, video, and text app Snapchat.
As the girl got older, she became interested in pursuing an entertainment career, and hoped Kyle would help - and that's where things allegedly got very serious.
Throughout their exchange, the girl reportedly told Massey multiple times that she is only in the eighth grade and four years away from graduation. The actor kept in contact with her over the years, portraying himself as a fatherly figure in her life. Massey even indicated the girl should come out from Seattle, Wash. and live with himself and his girlfriend in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, former Disney Channel star Kyle Massey has been slapped with a lawsuit for sexual misconduct with a minor. After that, the girl alleges that Massey started to send her sexually explicit texts, images and videos.
Kyle appeared on Dancing With The Stars season 11 in 2010 before having guest starring roles on Gotham, Being Marie Jane as the voice of Jeremy on Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
