Kevin White #11 of the Chicago Bears runs after a catch as Deion Jones #45 of the Atlanta Falcons closes in during the season opening game at Soldier Field on September 10, 2017 in Chicago, Illinois. The Falcons defeated the Bears 23-17.
The former seventh overall pick of the 2015 draft, who battled injuries throughout his four seasons as a Bear, is expected to sign a free-agent contract with the Cardinals, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Injuries have been the story to describe White's career. He missed the entirety of his rookie year with the tibia fracture, in turn allowing him to play just three seasons.
In his 14 games played, White has tallied 25 receptions for 285 yards without a touchdown, so it's fair to say White's portfolio is limited. He is 6-3 and fast, recording a 4.35-second 40-yard dash.
He has had two leg fractures and fractured shoulder blade, but previous year, even when healthy, he could not get on the field. Garcia still started four games in the place of injured teammates last season but he was not among the team's first-choice offensive linemen. Former third-round pick Chad Williams and Trent Sherfield combined for 36 catches in that spot.
