According to Daily Star, Chelsea are keen on signing Bakayoko's teammate, Ivory Coast worldwide Franck Kessié, who is on a two-year loan deal from fellow Serie A outfit Atlanta.
However, it looks like Arsenal and Chelsea have some work to do if they're to sign the Ivory Coast worldwide as CalcioMercato claims that PSG are now in pole position to land Kessie if he leaves Milan this summer.
Bakayoko is now on a season-long loan deal at AC Milan after failing to impress during his first season at Stamford Bridge following his transfer from Monaco.
And The Sun now claim Kessie is wanted by Chelsea and Arsenal but that Paris St-Germain have moved ahead of both English clubs in a battle to sign him.
Chelsea have reportedly included a clause in the loan deal allowing the Rossoneri to buy the Frenchman for €35 million at the end of the season, though the report suggests Milan will ask the Blues to reduce that fee by €5 million.
Chelsea are also likely to sign a new midfielder in the summer after failing to replace Cesc Fabregas following his move to Monaco in January and Kessie is reportedly also on Maurizio Sarri's radar.
The midfielder's future is expected to be a hot topic towards the end of the season as more clubs show interest in him.
