Gene Simmons Sued By A Woman Who Claims He Touched Her Vagina During Photo Op

KISS co-vocalist and eclectic entrepreneur Gene Simmons is being sued for sexual battery by a woman who claims he groped her while she was working in the kitchen at one of his restaurants, as uncovered in documents by The Blast.

Per court documents, the woman was working as a dishwasher at one of the KISS musician's Rock & Brews restaurants on opening night, December 6, 2016.

This isn't the first time that Simmons has been sued for sexual misconduct.

The woman accuses Gene of acting in a "sexually charged" manner to other women during the visit. touching their hand and encouraging them to unbutton their shirts.

While Simmons has yet to respond to the new lawsuit publicly, he denied any wrongdoing in the San Bernardino case.

Simmons's Rock & Brews restaurants are located all over the United States, and it's unclear at which branch the unnamed woman was working.

She is seeking a jury trial and unspecified damages.

Russell hit back with a lawsuit of his own, claiming her accusations were a work of "pure fiction" in order to extort him.

"Friends, I intend to defend myself against any alleged charges you may have been reading about in the media", Simmons said in a statement to Pitchfork before the settlement.
