Ohio State University has a new vending machine - just for bacon. The school now has a vending machine that sells only bacon.

Proceeds from the machine, which charges $1 for a strip of bacon or a handful of bacon bites, are being donated to the school's meat science program.

But this bacon serving device comes with another awesome Ohio State revelation.

Proceeds from the machine will benefit the meat science program, WBNS said, adding that program members are responsible for stocking and maintaining the machine during its time on campus. Your communications major is suddenly looking pretty silly, isn't it?

What kind of bacon is in the vending machine?

Meanwhile, the Ohio Pork Council's President-Elect Dave Shoup also chimed in.

The Ohio Pork Council sponsored the machine, and it received bacon donations from Smithfield, Hormel and Sugardale.
