You can get one for just a penny by visiting McDonald's.
As Burger King bragged in a press release, they're "turning more than 14,000 McDonald's into Burger King restaurants".
The Whopper deal can be redeemed until December 12 at participating restaurants nationwide.
From there, the BK app will allow you to place your order and redirect you to the nearest Burger King.
'Once the [one-cent] Whopper sandwich order is placed, the user will be "detoured" away from McDonald's, as the app navigates them to the nearest Burger King restaurant for pick up'.
Others said that Burger King's promotion backfired and they ended up eating in McDonald's.
Another person wrote: 'Somebody's getting fired'.
Until then, if a BK app holder is near a McDonald's, the app will unlock the Whopper for a penny promotion.
We're still on the fence about whether the new promotion is clever or downright weird, but hey, a Whopper for one cent is a pretty good deal.
Recently, the fast food chain announced a new promotion to encourage people to use their mobile app.
In a later tweet, the company joked: "morning everyone. if you happen to be going to McDonald's today, drive safe".
