The trailer of Vicky Kaushal, Yami Gautam, and Mohit Raina starrer film Uri- The Surgical Strike is out and it is like a hell thrilling.

Uri is based on Indian Army's surgical strikes on terror launch pads across Line of Control (LoC). The film is based on the real incident of surgical strike happened on 18th September 2016. The film is a tribute to the Indian Armed force and the 2.24 minute-long trailer shows how the makers have depicted the famous surgical strike on the screen with much brilliance. He vows to take revenge for the attack and asks his senior to post him anywhere they want to. For the very first time, we will see Yami Gautam in a hard role too! The teaser showcased Vicky Kaushal's determination to avenge the death of his fellow soldiers. Speaking about Uri, Vicky Kaushal had earlier told news agency IANS, "It was really nice experience to work in the film". It features spine-chilling action sequences and some hard-hitting dialogues, with the leading actors including Vicky Kaushal, Yami Gautam and Paresh Rawal, making an impactful presence. In a short span of my career, Uri has been the most physically demanding film for me.

"URI" has been written and directed by Aditya Dhar. The film will be released on January 11, 2019.
