Steve Aoki and BTS have unveiled the musical video for their joint track Waste It On Me, and it features a cast of Asian stars. Ross Butler, 28, from 13 Reasons Why makes an appearance at one point, as does the talented Ken Jeong, 49, who fans know from The Hangover, and Crazy Rich Asians!
Steve Aoki and BTS teamed up for the third time to create this English-language track, which came out on October 25 and is part of Steve Aoki's latest album "Neon Future III". As Jeong daydreams of winning a sing-off against Butler and sweeping Devon off her feet, in turn, the video goes back-and-forth with clips of Steve DJing and cameos of clubgoers doing karaoke Leonardo Nam, Vincent Rodriguez, Jimmy Yang, Jessica Lu, and more.
It's finally here! The video for BTS" smash hit "Waste It On Me' arrived on November 19, & the star-studded cast includes a TON of your favorite actors! "I feel so deeply about the Asian footprint in music culture that I wanted the music video to have an entirely Asian cast and director", he added.
