Black Friday is only about a week and a half away, and as you'd expect, the deals that various manufacturers will be offering have started flooding in. Today, Nintendo revealed the discounts it's planning to offer on Black Friday, and there are two hardware deals in particular worth considering. Somewhat surprisingly, one of those deals in on the Switch, which thus far hasn't been the subject of very many discounts. Now that we're nearly two years from launch, Nintendo is clearly a little more comfortable with the idea of offering deals on the Switch. Unfortunately, as new as the Switch is, you aren't going to find the console on sale for much cheaper than its suggested retail price. Using a variety of different items, obstacles, and enemies from the Super Mario games, you can use intuitive touch controls and interactive tutorials to play and create a near-infinite amount of courses. These include a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Nintendo Switch bundle for $300 and a nice deal on Nintendo Labo building kits. If a more traditional handheld experience is what you're looking for, you can also pick up a yellow and red Nintendo 2DS bundle with Super Mario Maker pre-installed for $80. No small inclusion, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a $59.99 game and the second best selling first-party title for the Switch with 11.71 million units sold, surpassing even the wildly popular The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild at 10.28 units.
Nintendo kicked up the heat on Black Friday with price drops for a Nintendo Switch bundle and a Nintendo 2DS bundle, Tuesday.
If you do opt to pick up the Switch bundle, you can accessorize it with a set of two white Joy-Con Wheels for $14.99.
