Black Friday is November 23 this year, but major retailers have revealed their big Thanksgiving holiday sales earlier than ever.
Like previous year, more of Amazon's Echo smart speakers will no doubt feature in its Black Friday sale, which will see thousands of deals across consumer electronics. It's therefore pretty big news when they announce that this year's sale will be their biggest ever, with 10 days of deals and more great offers than ever before, apparently.
During the period, there will also be "Deals of the Day" every day, as well as "Lightning Deals" - products available at a discount, in limited quantities, for a short period of time. You have been warned.
The good news is that you can shop online, the night before you eat all of that Thanksgiving turkey.
So far Amazon has revealed a part of the Amazon Black Friday 2018 deals list in the US. Customers can also experience the brand new AR view functionality and the latest range of Amazon devices.
Amazon Prime members, including customers enjoying a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime, will have an exclusive 30-minute early access period to all Lightning Deals.
Black Friday, which falls on Friday 23rd November, has become a highly-anticipated date in the United Kingdom shopping calendar and marks the start of the Christmas shopping season for some people.
Amazon will also be firing out new Deals of the Day daily throughout the period across the site, with products ranging from electronics, toys and fashion to sports, beauty and home items. Sounds like a sweet deal if your wardrobe is in dire need of an update.
The official Walmart Black Friday ad scan is here, and it points to excellent tech that will go on sale, with most "rollback prices" happening on Wednesday, November 21 at 10pm ET.
The upcoming Black Friday Deals Store will be open at 12am on Friday, November 16 before coming to a close at 11:59pm on Sunday, November 25 - just a minute shy of Cyber Monday. Amazon.co.uk will lead the way as usual, and is promising big things already.
