The fun starts as Vijay tells an expectant press that he is in India not to take over any company but cast his vote but the twist is someone else has already made use of his voting rights illegally.
Thalapathy Vijay is a huge superstar down South with his popularity being rivaled only by the likes of Rajinikanth and Ajith.
On Keerthy's role in the film, the director said she adds the pleasant color to the film but after watching Mahanati, the director promised the actress a strong character in his next film.
Series of events push him to become the leader of the masses. The film also stars Keerthy Suresh and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar as the female leads. The teaser, as expected, packs in a punch with glossy visuals by Girish Gangadharan, punchy music by AR Rahman, and power-packed dialogues and stunts by Ram-Laxman.
During the audio launch of the film, Vijay also gave subtle hints about his entry into politics. During an interview, AR Murugadoss said, "When we see two dinosaurs fight, there will be one that we want to see winning". The film is all about how a corporate chief comes to his native land and clean the system.
Going by the trailer, it seems like Sarkar is a political thriller in Murugadoss' signature style with loads of action and drama.
"We have to pay for even our death certificates now".
We are just three weeks away from Sarkas's release and with the teaser further increasing the expectations of the film, this Diwali (November 6th) is sure to be a one to watch out for.
