Ariana Grande addresses Pete Davidson split for the first time

She may have given back her $100k engagement ring, but Ariana Grande made it clear nothing would get her to part from the pet piglet she and ex Pete Davidson adopted together.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday shortly after filming NBC's A Very Wicked Halloween - a special performance celebrating 15 years of the Broadway musical Wicked - the pop star explained: 'Ok today was v special and i'm so grateful i was able to be there.

"Time to say bye bye again to the internet for just a lil bit", this "God is a Woman" singer continued. "And thank you for bein there always".

Ariana showed off her oinking companion after making her first appearance since the split, spotted without her glittering 3.3carat platinum engagement ring Tuesday night.

She's since deleted the snap, but People re-posted it.

However, Grande's struggle with anxiety almost derailed her return to the stage.

There's literally nothing to indicate that this is true or a possibility, but commenters on her Instagram feel very strongly about it. Take, for example, this Instagram she posted SIX days ago, before the Ari/Pete breakup news even came out. Not today satan! not tomorrow or the next day either not no more u can suck my big green d**k. Just last month, Grande's ex-fiance Mac Miller died of a drug overdose. The previously engaged couple were involved in a whirlwind romance after having both left long-term relationships; Grande with late rapper Mac Miller, and Davidson with actress Cazzie David.
