New Super Mario U Deluxe has been pipped for the honor of first Switch game of 2019.

Ever since the Wii, Nintendo has striven to deliver games that help you in your day-to-day life, whether it be the workouts of Wii Fit to the brain busters found in Brain Age.

A Switch game is a fair bit cheaper than a 12-month gym membership you use twice.

Get down your boxing basics while getting down to instrumental versions of 20 unlockable hit songs, including "Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO, "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepson, and "Sugar" by Maroon 5. Punch and squat while gripping the Joy-Con controllers to get your whole body moving-no additional gym equipment required!

Fitness Boxing features a daily training mode that offers low-and high-intensity workouts, each lasting between 10-40 minutes. The game software estimates your approximate BMI and daily calories burned so you can track your progress. Fitness Boxing will have a number of trainers to choose from and you can even dress them up in outfits you unlock as you play. "As you continue on your fitness journey, you can earn more songs and will also have the opportunity to engage with more challenging training circuits". Holding one Joy-Con in each hand, you'll be punching, weaving, and squatting your way to calorie-burning victory, making use of the console's motion control functionalities. The game allows for two players to play at once.
