The rapper revealed via Instagram story over the weekend that she'd been holed up at Elon Musk's house waiting for producer (and Musk's girlfriend) Grimes to turn up and work with her.

Azealia Banks, 27, has literally been waiting a while to collaborate with Canadian singer, Grimes, 30, who also just happens to be the girlfriend of Elon Musk, 47, and she took to her Instagram story on August 12 to talk about her experience at the investor's house for the collab.

On Sunday, the rapper posted on Instagram: "I waited around all weekend while grimes coddled her boyfriend". Banks also had some interesting things to say about Grimes and her intentions in inviting Banks to meet her and Musk, and claimed Musk starting seeing her "all because he needed a date to the Met Gala".

Azealia went on to call Grimes - a singer she'd previously publicly expressed admiration for - a "dirty-sneaker-inbred-out of the woods" and said of Elon that he "took steroids and got hair plugs to convince himself he was an alpha", before she later dubbed him as a "mutant".

In the aftermath, she made several explosive claims, one that seems to have caught a lot of attention is the fact she said the Tesla chairman had been tweeting on acid.

For the record, Musk's press team has told Spin that the couple did not invite Banks over for a threesome, calling it "absolute nonsense".

Banks told Business Insider she saw Musk at home "scrounging for investors" after tweeting his plans to take Tesla private last week. "They bring me out there on the premise that we would hang and make music", Banks claimed. "But his dumb-- kept tweeting and tucked his dick in between his a- cheeks once s-- hit the fan".

The controversial rapper Musk was freaking out about having claimed in a tweet last week that he'd already secured funding to take Tesla private. "He was stressed and red in the face".

According to Banks, she spent the past few days at the Musk estate in LA, hoping to finish a song with Grimes for her upcoming sophomore album.

Banks's Twitter account was deactivated in June after she graphically insulted with Monet X Change, a competitor on the most recent season of RuPaul's Drag Race.

"I could run Tesla better than he does", Banks said of Musk on Monday to Business Insider.
