Sean Young - who famously played Lt. Lois Einhorn/Ray Finkle in "Ace Ventura" - is wanted for questioning by the NYPD after she was allegedly caught on surveillance video stealing laptops and video production software.
The actress and a man were seen on CCTV taking two Apple laptops and video production software from a store in the Queens area of NY on Thursday.
Surveillance footage reportedly shows Young and a man snatching the laptops and other gear on Thursday. They allegedly made off with $12,000 worth of laptop computers and video equipment. TMZ alleges Young has a connection to the shop, having previously worked there before being fired some months ago. She heckled Julian Schnabel at the Directors Guild Awards in 2008, and was put under citizen's arrest for slapping a security guard at an Oscars after-party in 2012.
Unfortunately, by the time she got clean, Young had already established a reputation in the entertainment biz for freaky behavior. He claimed he even found a mutilated doll on his doorstep. She was also sued by actor James Woods, whom she'd acted alongside in The Boost, for alleged harassment. The case was settled out of court and Young denied the allegations in a 2007 interview with Entertainment Weekly.
Sean has been open about her battle with alcoholism, appearing on "Celebrity Rehab" with Dr.
