Aquaman Trailer: DC Universe Heads Underwater at San Diego Comic-Con 2018

Warner Bros has released the first official trailer for James Wan's Aquaman movie, following its debut in Hall H at Comic-Con in San Diego.

The film's plot is then fleshed out, with Aquaman summoned underwater because his half-brother is about to declare war on the surface world. This is also apparent in the overall tone of the film, with Momoa delivering a number of one-liners and having a fun, up-beat attitude, in sharp contrast to the recent Batman and Superman movies. The DC Extended Universe film stars Momoa, Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe, Temuera Morrison, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Ludi Lin, Patrick Wilson, Nicole Kidman, and Michael Beach and opens oN December 1st. Clocking in at almost three minutes, the trailer is heavy on setup, as you would expect, but there are also plenty of details to unpack.
