Further, It is predicted that Jimny won't be available in diesel version in the worldwide market, the Indian might get the same with 1.3 ddis diesel.
Now the Jimny might be a utilitarian, but it still gets plenty of features like LED headlights, air-conditioning, push-button start and alloy wheels.
It will be available in basic shades or two-tone colours, including Kinetic Yellow with a black roof, when it goes on sale in the United Kingdom in 2019. Though, there is no official word from the company when the SUV will be launched in the domestic market.
But if you do fancy a Jimny you'd be better off hanging on a little while until this, the new Suzuki Jimny, arrives later this year, promising more of the same but with a bit more "modern" thrown in the mix. If launched in the country, the SUV will take on Mahindra Thar and Force Gurkha.
