"So I think the rhetoric, I hated to do it, sometimes I felt foolish doing it, but we had no choice", he said. "I really believe that", Trump said. "I showed it to you because that is the future".

The stakes for the summit are unprecedented as President Trump attempts to convince Kim to completely abandon his nuclear missile program, with Kim likely seeking security guarantees and large-scale investments should he normalize relations with the United States. Meyers exclaimed. "This is a guy who starves his own citizens and assassinates people with anti-aircraft guns".
