A home loss in Game 6 of the Western Conference finals would have put an enormous dent in that Golden State dynasty talk, and for 24 minutes on Saturday night, that loss was exactly what the Warriors seemed headed toward.

Getting Andre Iguodala back from his knee injury would help, but Golden State still has its star power if Iggy can't go.

"Effort. Intensity. Passion", Thompson said of the Warriors' second-half surge. Paul began this postseason as the league's career leader in playoff games without making a trip to the conference finals; in the words of Warriors Coach Steve Kerr, he "pretty much willed" Houston to victory in Games 4 and 5.

"We've got plenty of guys over there that will have some fresh legs, that's for sure", the coach said.

The Warriors losing two straight games at Oracle seems insane, especially with Paul unable to play.

D'Antoni said prior to Game 6 that Paul is receiving treatment "around the clock".

Remember, the Rockets have now gone four straight games without breaking 100 points, and Harden appeared beaten in the fourth quarter Saturday where he went scoreless. Now the series shifts to Oracle Arena, a place where the Warriors have lost just one time in their last 17 playoff games.

Paul, a nine-time All-Star, has never been to an NBA Finals in his 13 seasons.

The Rockets earned the right to play Game 7 at home by rolling to the NBA's best record. After hitting 11 of 22 3s in the first half, Houston made only 4 of 17 in the second. It feels like a foregone conclusion that this is going to a Game 7, but don't count out Houston. His status for Monday's game seven is uncertain. "So we'll be all right". After some mild criticism for his style of play, Durant still had an impactful game-he scored 23 points and repeatedly got to the free-throw line to offset inefficiency from the field.

Houston will need a more efficient performance from Harden to win Game 7, and ideally another big night from its role players. They're champs. They're going to come back fighting, and they did.

A lot of things have been said about Draymond Green.

"Obviously we want to have him", Rockets forward PJ Tucker said. "He's so integral in what we do and the spirit of the team".
