Police respond to report of person with gun at Boulevard mall

Metro Police have responded to the Boulevard mall tonight over a report of a person with a gun.

Multiple police cars and ambulances surrounded the mall.

CBS affiliate KLAS-TV reported that witnesses heard shots fired; video showed a police presence around the perimeter of the sprawling mall complex, and a helicopter circling overhead.

However, Jones says a tactical team with a police dog is making a fourth search to make sure nobody is inside.

Police with long guns evacuated shoppers from the parking lot.

"Received reports of a man walking around with a gun". No word on what's happening, but there are reports of shots fired. 13abc Action News reported that the mall has been evacuated.
