Winks signs new deal at Tottenham

Winks, who has been restricted to nine Premier League starts this season and has not played in 2018 due to injury, won his first England cap previous year.

Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks has signed a brand new five-year contract.

He made his England debut in October, but an ankle injury hampered him during the second half of the campaign.

Winks is because of bear surgical procedure on the issue this summer season and the membership say they anticipate him to be again in time for pre-season coaching.

"I'm delighted to sign a new contract", said Carter-Vickers, who spent the 2017-18 season on loan in the Championship with Sheffield United and Ipswich Town.

The USA global spent last season on loan in the Sky Bet Championship with Sheffield United and Ipswich.

The club has announced that Carter-Vickers has extended his stay in North London until 2021, with manager Mauricio Pochettino a huge fan of the defender.

"I've worked hard out on loan this season, trying to get as many minutes and games as I could".
