LG will probably follow up the notched G7 ThinQ flagship smartphone with the V35 ThinQ. The LG V35 ThinQ is expected to be an incremental update over the V30S ThinQ and based on recent leaks, the phone will likely not follow a notched design and will instead offer a traditional 18:9 display along with most of the same internals as the G7 ThinQ. The specification sheet of the V35 ThinQ has been photographed ahead of its official launch and it confirms some of the rumored features of the smartphone. The phone could also come with a dedicated AI button to launch Google Assistant as seen on the G7 ThinQ. According to the previous reports, the V35 ThinQ was expected to be an AT&T exclusive in the U.S. and the V40 ThinQ was to be launched globally. Now, a new leak of the handset has revealed the entire spec sheet of the smartphone.
The Snapdragon 845 SoC of the LG V35 is accompanied by 6 GB of RAM. Like the G7 ThinQ, the V35 ThinQ is speculated to arrive with Android 8.1 Oreo preinstalled. The LG G7 ThinQ also supports the Master Quality Authenticated (MQA) audio format, which delivers hi-res sound quality in a small file size.
The LG V35 ThinQ could feature a dual-lens camera setup with 16MP+16MP sensors at the back along with an 8MP front camera.
For users who prefer headphones, the LG G7 ThinQ will feature DTS:X 3D Surround Sound, for up to 7.1 channel performance without the need for high-end headphones.
