Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan who has been diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Tumour was away from his social media accounts for a long time now. In his tweet, he wrote, "Beginnings have the innocence that experience can't buy".

Irrfan's tweet also reflected upon a deeper struggle as he mentions two "karwaans" (journey of a large company of pilgrims in Urdu) - his own (as he fights his disease) and that of the film.

To which the south heartthrob, Dulquer Salmaan replied, "Thank you so much sir!" Couldn't have asked for a better beginning than with you! "My best wishes to Dulquer Salman and Mithila Palkar for joining the caravan", the popular actor tweeted.

Now its Karwan which is in news for many reasons which include Irrfan being back after two months of a period.

It was on 16 March 2018 that actor Irrfan Khan opened up on Twitter about his life-threatening ailment. From his millions of fans to B'Town celebs, everyone has been praying for Irrfan's speedy recovery. Karwaan is also the debut film for director Akarsh Khurana. His Hollywood film, Puzzle, Karwaan is up for release.

The actor made a brief return to Twitter to reveal the poster of his upcoming film Karwaan which will hit the theatres August 10. Mithila is known from the web series "Little things" opposite Dhruv Sehgal. It revolves around the lives of three people who meet under odd circumstances and embark on a journey.

The original tagline on the poster which states "3 Lost Souls.2 Dead Bodies.A Journey of a Lifetime" has been politically tweaked which says "3 Lost Souls.voters are Dead Bodies.A Journey of 5 years".
