Earlier leaked renders of the OnePlus 6 had hinted that there will be a blue coloured variant, along with a white and black colour option. In addition, the OnePlus 6 is also expected to include a new function that will allow the users to adjust the focus of the camera using the physical button. The one posted on Twitter consists of the image of the rear panel of OnePlus 6 along with the tagline 'More immersion in a refined form factor. If you look at the pictures, one thing is clear; one of the lenses of the dual-camera phone will be telephoto one. Moreover, the claims of the phone's ability to provide full day's power with only a required charging time of 20 minutes, its advanced Dash Charge V2 are all backed as true by the promotional poster. The poster further reveals the upcoming flagship will pack 6GB/8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.1 inbuilt storage space. The company hasn't confirmed the launch date as yet but it's been teasing the smartphone bit by bit. The phone will sport a 6.28-inch optic LED display offering a resolution of 1080×2280 pixels with an aspect ratio of 19:9. OnePlus is yet to send out official invites for the same.
While OnePlus is getting ready to launch the upcoming OnePlus 6 smartphone, it is separately showcasing an advertisement in Indian in cinema halls on where it will be available upon its launch.
When it comes to pricing, the OnePlus 6 is said to cost twice as much as the OnePlus 5T.
Further in line, the new flagship will support Qualcomm's flagship chipset - Snapdragon 845 SoC, which has been incorporated in most of the smartphone flagships launched this year. There will be a OnePlus 6 variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, which is the highest one the company has ever offered.
It is worth adding that the company has not yet made any public announcements confirming this.
