'Baaghi 2' invades 150-crore club!

Sharing the latest figures of the blockbuster film starring Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani, film and trade expert on Monday tweeted, "And #Baaghi2 crosses ₹ 150 cr mark..."

Despite the biggest cricket tournament IPL and big release this week Tiger-Disha starrer has been steady at the box office. The film opened to a massive amount of Rs 25 crore and has now become the second highest grosser of this year which is a very big achievement for the makers as well as the star cast of Baaghi 2.

The 2016 "Baaghi" was a remake of Telugu movie "Kshanam". Shraddha Kapoor played Tiger's love interest in the first film.

The actor is now basking in love and appreciation for his latest released action franchise BAAGHI 2.

Directed by Ahmed Khan, Baaghi 2 received largely lukewarm to negative reviews.

Tiger Shroff plays Ronny, an Indian Army officer who takes a break to help his ex-girlfriend Neha (Disha Patani) when her daughter goes missing.

Tiger is the youngest actor to cross 150 crore at the Box Office in such a small span of time, leaving behind his contemporaries. After a 17-day run, its total collection stands at Rs 155.65 crore, which is remarkable, to say the least. The mass pockets and single screens remain the main contributors for the film where it has no major competition (October is working mainly in the multiplexes).
