Detective superintendent Adam Hibbert, of the Sussex and Surrey major crime team, said: "At the present time we are not looking for anyone else in connection with the investigation and our enquiries are continuing to establish the full circumstances of the deaths".
Police are questioning Kuldeep's family members to know his whereabouts.
The husband of a woman found dead in Worthing on Friday morning has paid tribute to her.
The deceased was identified as Riya (21), a private company employee and a resident of Subhash Nagar in Jeedimetla here.
On March 30, the girl met the accused and was roaming in the locality when at around 11:30 PM, the guy took the girl to his house where he confined her in a room on the first floor.
The victim, Pilar (not her true name), 17, of Barangay Tetuan, averred to the police that she was abducted by an unidentified woman with undetermined number of accomplices at around 5:00in the afternoon of Saturday.
A police officer said the woman has alleged in her complaint that Kuldeep used to tie her with ropes and gag her with a cloth so that she could not raise alarm or scream for help.
The girl was kidnapped and raped over a period of 10 days until she managed to flee from teh accused.
They were known to each other but not related. It was then that her family approached the police. Her father accompanied to the police station where she filed a case against the accused, the officer said.
