The Marana Police Department said Amber Young, 32, is facing a DUI charge after causing a three-vehicle crash on her way to her wedding.
The alleged drunk driving incident, which involved a three-car collision, occurred at about 10:30 a.m. local time in Marana, Arizona, near the city of Tucson.
A bride-to-be in Arizona was arrested en route to her wedding on Monday for allegedly driving under the influence.
Young was transported to a police substation where she was taken into custody then released back to her fiance after signing a criminal citation.
Police spokesman Sgt. Chriswell Scott says one person suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Scott also said the 32-year-old did not take a breath test so there are no preliminary blood alcohol concentration (BAC) results.
The bride was pictured being put into the back of a police vehicle while in her wedding dress after being pulled over.
It is not known whether Young has an attorney who can comment on her behalf.
