Paige Forced To End Her WWE In-Ring Career After Latest Injury

Report: Paige's WWE in-ring career is over

WWE News: Paige will never wrestle again after serious injury – reports

Paige was seen on this week's Raw but reports suggest she was told during the show that she was finished as an in-ring performer.

But further examinations by WWE doctors have revealed a far more serious and long-lasting problem similar to WWE legend Edge's medical disqualification from wrestling.

During the match, Sasha Banks kicked Paige in the back and Paige struggled to get up until the referee called for the "X" symbol.

The early belief was it was just a mild concussion, leading to her losing feeling in her extremities and have the match cancelled. Paige has yet to confirm or deny whether this news is true, but she did take to Instagram recently to touch upon her recent setback. She and El Patron were also involved in a high-profile incident at airport that led police to consider domestic violence charges against both wrestlers.

Paige (Saraya-Jade Bevis) will no longer be allowed to wrestle for WWE due to a neck injury. The two-time Divas Champion had just formed the Absolution alliance with Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose, seemingly setting her up for another main event run on the women's roster.

She was originally announced for the first ever women's Royal Rumble match, but obviously she won't be competing in the match.

There is still no official confirmation from the WWE or Paige herself concerning the issue, so there is a slight chance these reports are false. With her Divas championship win, she was also the youngest woman to hold the belt at 21 years of age. Despite making her return to WWE two months ago, she may never be medically cleared by WWE in the near future.

The worst possible news has sadly become a reality for injured WWE superstar, Paige. One of the characters in the film is based on Paige.
