Arctic Monkeys Announce First Performance In Over Three Years

After three years off the road, the Arctic Monkeys machine is finally cranking back into gear with the news that they will headline June's Firefly Festival in DE (alongside Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and The Killers).

Arctic Monkeys are to bring an end to their lengthy hiatus after announcing their first live performance in four years at 2018's edition of Firefly Festival in America.

This year's fest is scheduled to take place from June 14 - 17, making this the seventh year since the event began back in 2012.

The Sheffield outfit, who've been working on the follow-up to 2013's AM, have been confirmed for Firefly Festival, which they'll headline along with Eminem, The Killers and Kendrick Lamar.

Fans on Reddit were speculated that the video shows dates and co-ordinates.

News of their return has spawned a wave of excitement for more tour dates to come, kicking off 2018 on a pretty magnificent note.

We'll get through this.

According to NME, Arctic Monkeys' bassist Nick O'Malley recently confirmed the band had started recording their new album this past September.
