If you are eligible but already have the Amazon Prime membership, you need to wait. Similarly, Amazon customers on free trial of the service can avail the offer, but then their subscription will be bound by Airtel's rules.

"With Airtel TV, we are stepping up the value proposition and offering a complete digital entertainment experience to our postpaid and home broadband users".

Bharti Airtel has officially announced its partnership with Amazon India to offer one year Amazon Prime membership to its postpaid customers with an Infinity plan of Rs 499 or above, and V-Fiber broadband customers.

Amazon is offering a Prime Subscription for Rs. 999 per year. The ones who use the Infinity postpaid plan, which is priced Rs 499 or above will get one year of Amazon Prime membership.

Further, the Infinity postpaid plan comes with Airtel Secure device protection plan for smartphones against physical damage and malware. Netflix, Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video and similar services offer a wide range of entertainment content like movies, TV shows, music and more. If the user downgrades to a lower, non-eligible plan after receiving and activating the subscription, the offer will be revoked immediately and the Prime subscription will be stopped.

The Amazon Prime Offer remains active based on the user's postpaid or broadband bill plan.

Airtel has teamed up with Amazon to provide their customers with this lucrative offer.

"We are thrilled to come together with Airtel to make Amazon Prime benefits directly available to more customers", said Akshay Sahi, Director and Head of Amazon Prime India.

Eligible users are required to download the Airtel TV application which is available for free on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Since the membership is an additional benefit for you, you will not need to give any credit or debit card details.
